Website re-installed to upgrade

Due to a problem with upgrading the database from version 4 to 5, I had to re-install WordPress. I imported all the old pages and posts, but the user accounts on the website are gone, unfortunately. However, they really didn’t have any useful purpose, so it shouldn’t be a problem unless you were using it for something.
